These sessions are designed to support your nervous system, nourish your body, and honor whatever season you’re in—no pretzel poses or pressure, just breath, presence, and gentle, personalized guidance. This is your permission slip to slow down and come home to yourself.
Whether you're new to yoga or deep in your journey, our private and semi-private sessions allow you to move in a way that honors your energy, your body, and your intentions.
Where We'll Practice
You’re welcome in our cozy, wood-stove-warmed yurt in Central Maine—think twinkle lights, nature sounds, and the comfort of a sacred space just for you. Prefer to stay home? I’ll come to you. Sessions can also be held in your own space for convenience and comfort. The yurt accommodates groups up to 10, for larger group sessions, alternate spaces are available.
Each session includes:
• A short check-in and intention-setting ritual
• Breathwork and gentle movement based on your needs
• Optional hands-on massage assists/support and adjustments
• Restorative rest with guided relaxation
• Aromatherapy, card pulls, or light seasonal ritual if desired
