Meet The Pack

Yoga with Goldens was founded in Maine by Winter, a longtime yoga teacher and wellness practitioner who began noticing something surprisingly simple:

The things we work so hard to create through wellness—movement, presence, connection, play, rest—were already happening naturally in everyday life with her dogs.

Alongside her are Boomer, Eli, and Mollie, three Golden Retrievers who became the inspiration, personality, and occasionally very furry coworkers behind the brand.

Together, we're building a different kind of wellness company.

Less perfection. More connection. More outside. More dogs.
